Entertainment sensation, business mogul, speaks on his contributions toward Nigeria's sustainable economic growth

Sunday Stephen, Founder of Dosh Entertainment Empire and Doshlowkee Properties Limited


LAGOS: A rising sensation in the entertainment, property and block chain industry, Sunday Stephen, popularly known as Dosh Lowkee, says having several streams of income was bourne out of his interest to invest and contribute his quota to the growth and development of the country.


Stephen, who is the founder of Dosh Entertainment Empire and Doshlowkee Properties Limited, recently announced his partnership with Simply Webtech to add to his business portfolio.


According to the business oriented entertainer, his intention is to continually invest in other industries so as to expand his business portfolio and continue to contribute his quota to the Nigerian employment sector.


"My interest in the property market manifested when my company lawyer and secretary, who registered my entertainment industry introduced me to the possibilities in the property market.


"This he said, peeked his interest and through the same lawyer he registered his property company and since then he has not regretted his decision. 


"When I was about to register my property company, I had the mindset that this is a separate business, that my investments, profits and business interest in my entertainment business has nothing to do with the property company 


"First, I mapped out a strategic plan highlighting source of funds, then proceeded to mapping out property choice areas in Lagos State. 


"It was after I saw the profits being generated in the property industry that I decided to then register a company in 2023 through Mr. Ademola Adefolaju Esq., who doubles as my company lawyer/secretary and my personal lawyer.          


He said: "Dosh Entertainment Empire is an innovative and dynamic entertainment organisation that has carved a niche for itself in the industry. 





"The organisation is founded with a deep-seated passion for music, film, philanthropy and arts, with the primary objective of the company being to discover, nurture, and promote talents, thereby contributing significantly to the entertainment industry."


According to Sunday, at Dosh Entertainment, the belief is that entertainment is a powerful tool for fun time, education, inspiration and if effectively deployed can save lives and change the society and their output is not only about fun, but more of entertainment, culturally relevant and impactful content to the general populace.

On his partnership with the owners of Simply Webtech Limited and his investment therein, the record level owner state: "It is an idea rooted in the trends in financial investment and profit making.


"If you look at the world today, particularly the financial market, you will find that everything is driven by technology, so much that hardly would a business transaction go through without the input of technology, and in the nearest future, technology will dominate completely the financial business environment and investment, and even our day to day life and activities."


 He then rendered that his interest in investing with Simply Webtech is majorly as a result of this fact, he further stated that Simply Webtech Limited is operating with the object of developing web, software, block-chain and mobile applications, and these are the businesses that holds the future of the world.

He concluded, stating, that the objective is to contribute what he could, adding that the Federal Government alone can not do it all, we must have our input as well, and that is how we can have a better Nigeria with financial stability without illegality being the order of the day," he stated.


Speaking how the mind plays an essential part of man's existence, he noted: 'A fresh start is not a new place, it is a new mindset',

Unruly passenger of Ibom Air faces flight disruption charges -- NCAA confirms

Editor 1 LAGOS -- The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), has confirmed that the unruly passenger in the Ibom Air saga, Ms Chiamaka Ubani, was on January 10, docked at Uyo Magistrates' Court by the Nigerian Police for flight disruption charges.  This was confirmed by the authority's Director, Public Affairs and Consumer Protection, Mr Micheal Achimugo in a post on his official X handle.
